Terms and Conditions

 

General

  • Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices, sites and conditions at any time without notice.
  • Site/cabin preference is requested but not guaranteed.
  • Cabin linen is provided for all paid guests and made up on the main bed only.
  • You must be over 18 years of age (over 21 years at Ballina Central, Shaws Bay & Lake Ainsworth) to stay with us, if you are not accompanied by a parent.
  • Late departure fee - Unless alternative arrangements have been made with the park managers, occupancy exceeding the above stated hours will be charged as an additional day.
  • Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunks as per Australian Standards.
  • Pets are permitted in some of our parks, please visit the individual holiday park page for more information

Rates

All reservations made online must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rates are based on 2 adults- fees apply for additional occupants.

Prices are GST inclusive and are valid from 1st February 2017, and expire on the 31st January 2018.

Special offers

Special offers available from Reflections Holiday Parks North Coast are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.  All special offers are subject to availability and subject to change.

Refund Policy

Peak period bookings

Where at least 28 days written notice of cancellation has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:

  • Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking. Deferral dates must be provided at the time of request. Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the second booking cannot be kept the whole deposit is lost. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original booking date.
  • Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $30.00 administration fee.

Where less than 28 days written notice has been given or for partial cancellation:

  • If site is re-booked then Options A and B are applicable.
  • If site is not re-booked, no refund is applicable.

Off Peak and Shoulder Period Bookings

Where at least 14 days written notice of cancellation has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:

  • Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking. Deferral dates must be provided at the time of request. NB This administration fee is charged regardless of cash, cheque or credit card

Refunds where less than 14 days written notice of cancellation has been given:

A cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation will apply. Other amounts deposited above the first night's accommodation will be refunded either via cash, cheque or credit card upon a written application by the guest.

Notification for a booking cancelled within 24 hours of being due to arrive will forfeit the full deposit.

How refund payments are made

  • Cash payments in person – refunded by cash (providing sufficient cash reserves are held in the park, if not, then refunded by cheque)
  • Credit card payments – refunded back to the original credit card
  • Cheque payment – refunded by cheque (note, cheque refunds may take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and posting)

All Seasons:

  • Should people vacate a site early due to weather conditions no refund is to be given.
  • Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
  • Park management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked site number prior to or at arrival.
  • Booked sites will only be held for 24 hours from booked time of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Flooding:
    • In the event of flooding and SES has recommended moving to higher ground a refund will be given for nights paid and not stayed. Otherwise it is at the park manager’s discretion to determine whether a refund should be provided.
  • Compassionate:
    • No administration fee will be charged for bookings made and cancelled the same day.
    • Customers can write to the reserve trust requesting a refund for cancellation of bookings due to death or sickness. Your request will be assessed by the Holiday Park Manager to determine whether a refund will be given. It is recommended that upon cancelling the booking you notify the Park Manager of your reason to support your case.
    • Customers will receive compensation of 25% off tariff price for nights without operational use of any major fixed appliance.

Cabin/site bookings by season

Christmas School Holidays Peak Season:

  • A minimum booking of one week applies up until 30 November. Shorter bookings taken at the Holiday Park Manager’s discretion from 1 December or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking (“Gap Filling”).

September/October School Holidays Season:

  • Up until one month prior to commencement of September/October school holiday’s a minimum booking of one week will apply. Bookings of less than one week taken after this time is at the discretion of the Holiday Park Manager or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.

Easter School Holidays Peak Season:

  • Up until one month prior to Easter a minimum booking of one week is required. Bookings of less than one week taken after this time is at the discretion of the Holiday Park Manager or earlier if the booking can be added to the beginning or end of an existing booking.

Off Peak Season:

  • In off peak season there is a minimum booking of 2 nights.

Cabin/Site Allocation

  • Cabin and site allocation is at the Holiday Park Manager’s discretion. Cabins/site preference can be requested but no guarantee of a particular cabin/site is given to a customer.

Payments for Bookings

  • Christmas - sites - one week (base rate) at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 30 October by cheque, cash, eftpos or credit card.
  • Christmas - cabins - $250 at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 30 October by cheque, cash, eftpos or credit card.
  • Easter - sites - one week (base rate) at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 28 February by cheque, cash, eftpos or credit card.
  • Easter - cabins - $250 at the time of booking. Balance to be paid prior to 28 February by cheque, cash, eftpos or credit card. Alternatively a credit card authorisation can be taken which will be debited in the event of cancellation.
  • Other school holidays and booking periods - sites - $50 at the time of booking with balance on arrival.
  • Other school holidays and booking periods - cabins - $100 at the time of booking with balance on arrival.

Sapphire Savers 

  • Stay 3 nights for 2 on powered and unpowered sites at Reflections Holiday Parks Bermagui and Eden
  • Excludes ensuite sites
  • Offer starts 7 June 2017 and ends 21 September 2017
  • Bookings must be made prior to 19 September to be valid
  • Current bookings are exempt from this offer - cannot cancel and rebook under this promotion 
  • Usual 10% discount does not apply under this offer - instead will receive two free nights
  • Offer based on standard rates at both parks
  • Price increase applies for bookings of three people or more

SPLASH INTO THE SPRING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 2017 PROMOTION

  • Stay 3 nights or more in any of our accommodation (cabins, sites (powered, unpowered and ensuites) and receive 20% off your total stay at all Reflections Holiday Parks
  • Offer available by phone, email, in person and online
  • Discount applies once per booking
  • Usual 10% discount for 7thnight stay
  • Booking period starts 4.00pm 4 September 2017 and ends midnight 6 October 2017
  • Stay period starts 16 September 2017 through to 8 October 2017
  • Promotion is subject to availability 
  • Any current bookings are exempt from this offer – guests cannot cancel and rebook under this promotion
  • Offer based on the standard rate at time of booking
  • There are no exclusions on week night or weekends to capture discount
